Yesteryear star actress Soundarya was one of the popular actresses of Telugu film industry, who left us in 2004. She was popular for homely looks and her performance skills. There were rumors that Soundarya used to be in a relationship with Jagapathi Babu. Recently during the media interaction, versatile actor Jagapathi accepted that he was in the love of Soundarya.
Sye Raa actor Jagapathi Babu said, “ Yes, I had affair with Soundarya. I was very close to her brother and used to visit their home frequently and Soundarya too. But the People used to write about her in a wrong way. They never understood our relationship.”
Jagapathi Babu added, “The People usually think affair as a physical relationship but ours is different. According to people, the affair means nothing but s**. But I and Soundarya shared good bond. That is my affair with her.”
Soundarya made her debut in Tollywood with Raithu Bharatham, opposite superstar Krishna, which was directed by Tripuraneni Sriprasad aka Varaprasad. She had also acted in the Hindi film Sooryavansham, alongside Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Her last movie was Apthamitra, which was released in 2004. On the otherside, Jagapathi Babu will be seen in upcoming films Roberrt and Uppi Rupee, which are in different production stages.
