From more than a year or so, Tollywood film makers are trying for Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor Telugu debut but that is not happening for some reason or the other. First she was approached for Vijay Deverakonda‘s film in the direction of Puri Jagannath. Even she wanted to allocate dates as on many occasions she said that Vijay was her favorite actor. But she couldn’t allocate dates to the film as she has been busy with handful of Bollywood projects.
Now there has been numerous speculations on Janhvi Kapoor Telugu debut again. Latest rumors are that she has been roped in Trivikram Srinivas – NTR‘s upcoming film Ayinanu Poyi Ravale Hastinaku. As these rumors are getting out of hands, Janhvi has made it clear that she hasn’t signed any Telugu movie yet. The reason behind this is she is busy with Bollywood and is taking her time before getting down south.
Janhvi said on many occasions that she is indeed happy to play heroine in South Indian films but is waiting for right and perfect launch for her. We have to see which film maker can convince him to play South Indian heroine. Until then there could be only speculations.
