Jathi Ratnalu collections: Comedy entertainer Ratnalu starring Naveen Polishetty, Priyadarshi Pulikonda and Rahul Ramakrishna finally hit the theatres yesterday on 11th March. Written and directed by Anudeep KV, the film received positive response by the movie lovers and the critics on its opening day. According to the traders report, the movie Jathi Ratnalu has taken an excellent start in USA. The movie has also kept the cash registers ringing at the box office of both Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Jathi Ratnalu collected $133,322 through premieres, while day one gross is $75,885 till 9PM EST and the total gross is $209,177. The trader tweeted, “Jathi Ratnalu USA Premieres gross updated to $133K (No.1 in premiere gross among all Indian films released this year) With Day1 numbers coming in, the film has zoomed past the $ 200K gross mark too. It is known news that trailer of Jathi Ratnalu was unveiled by Prabhas, while Vijay Deverakonda graced the pre-release event of the film. Vijay Deverakonda and National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh played cameo in Nag Ashwin’ production venture.
Faria Abdullah, Naresh, Brahmaji, Murali Sharma, Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore, Tanikella Bharani, Giri Babu and Subhalekha Sudhakar are playing the supporting roles.
