It seems to be a bewildering situation in Karnataka politics when a jolt of news touched them. The news is that on Monday, Congress MLA Anand Singh has declared his resignation over few demands.
On the other side, it is rumored that another Congress MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi too resigned from his position, however, there is no official declaration and even at Assembly secretariat, there is no official letter received in person from the latter.
Singh’s demands include the creation of separate Vijaynagar district and rejecting the sale of the whopping figure of acres to JSW Steel in mine-rich Ballari district. On the other side, current CM of Karnataka who is holidaying in the United States has slammed the BJP government for the happenings.
However, he went to underscore the BJP as it would be a dream job to the party to pull down the government. Whereas Ex-CM and BJP state president BS Yeddyurappa spilled the beans saying, he has heard that few more resignations are awaiting.
