Journalist Swetha Reddy has joined Bharitya Janatha Party (BJP). She is one of the journalist, who was in the news headlines in the month of February after Praja Shanthi Party Chief KA Paul announced to give her ticket from Hindupur constituency to win over Telugu Desam Party MLA Balakrishna in the general election 2019. Later she announced that she is not going to become be the part of Praja Shanthi Party and she took a dig at KA Paul. Now according to the latest update, Swetha Reddy has joined BJP.
The journo Swetha Reddy has joined the BJP in the presence of Kanna Lakshminarayana.
Last month Swetha Reddy was also in the news headlines when she filed a police complaint against the bosses of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 3 Telugu, which is being hosted by Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Swetha Reddy also made it to the headlines by making accusations against the reality show Bigg Boss. She had alleged that the Bigg Boss team had fat-shamed her and asked her what she could in order to satisfy the boss. She claimed that that the organizers of Bigg Boss 3 Telugu asked s*xual favours from her to be part of the show.
Now we have to wait and see how BJP party utilizes Swetha Reddy.
