Writer K V Vijayendra Prasad, of Magadheera, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and Baahubali fame, shared his feelings about SS Rajamouli’s upcoming movie RRR which has young Tiger Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles.
Recently, the movie’s writer K V Vijayendra Prasad, who has also written the screenplays for many award-winning movies, revealed that Jr NTR and Ram Charan were not the choices for Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR. K V Vijayendra Prasad revealed that SS Rajamouli considered other stars before finalizing Tarak and Charan for the lead roles.
According to the writer and Rajamouli’ father, the combinations of Allu Arjun and Karthi, Suriya and Karthi, Jr NTR and Rajinikanth, and many others were considered but finally the role fell in the laps of Jr NTR and Charan.
Earlier during an interview, Vijayendra Prasad had said, “For the first time, I cried while watching the stunt sequences in this film RRR. There is so much pain in the drama and it will certainly connect with the audiences.” RRR envisions the younger days of freedom fighters Alluri Sita Ramaraju and Komaram Bheem. Rajamouli’ magnum opus is slated to hit the theaters on 13th October 2021 worldwide in a very grand manner.
