The gorgeous diva Kajal Aggarwal was all gung-ho recently when she decided to turn producer for one of her films, to be helmed by Prasanth Varma of Awe fame. It was heard that apart from bankrolling the movie, she was supposed to act in this female-centric movie. Now it is being heard that Kajal Aggarwal’s production venture has been shelved.

Earlier Kajal Aggarwal has thought that she couldn’t have found a better project than the untitled Prashanth Varma directorial to kick-start her new venture in her film career. The recent report reveals that Kajal Aggarwal might have dropped the idea of producing a movie of Prasanth Varma in the meantime.

Kajal Aggarwal and Prasanth Varma decided to move on with their other projects keeping this film aside. Few are saying that the film is a sequel for Awe but Prasanth Varma and Kajal Aggarwal are tightlipped about the project.

Prasanth Varma is popular for his critically acclaimed debut ‘Awe!’, starring Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menon, and Srinivas Avasarala. He has also helmed ‘That Is Mahalakshmi’ starring milky siren Tamannah Bhatia and ‘Kalki’ with Dr. Rajasekhar.

Kajal Aggarwal has also featured in films like ‘Chandamama’, ‘Magadheera’, ‘Darling’, ‘Businessman’, ‘Khaidi No. 150’ and many others. She was last seen in Sudheer Varma’s directorial venture, the gangster drama, starring Sharwanand. As the female lead, she was seen in the Teja directorial ‘Sita’ alongside the young actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas but the movie was ended up commercially flop at the box office.

Kajal Aggarwal is also active in Bollywood movie and is busy in the Hindi movie Mumbai Saga, which has Emraan Hashmi, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty and Prateik Babbar, Gulshan Grover, Amole Gupte, and Rohit Roy. She is waiting for the release of Paris Paris, the remake of Queen in which National award-winning actress Kangana Ranaut played the female lead.
