Recently Chennai Corporation had stated that their  staff had passed the sticker as versatile actor Kamal Haasan former partner Gautami had returned from Dubai recently and her passport had Kamal’ residence address. A quarantine sticker was pasted at Vishwaroopam actor’ Eldams Road residence in Chennai. The quarantine sticker states that the people, who are residing in Eldams Road property need to be quarantined from 10th March  until 2nd April.  Today, Kamal Haasan released a statement that he has not been quarantined.  Indian actor also stated that he is maintaining social distancing.

Indian 2 star Kamal Haasan said, “As a precautionary measure, I have undertaken social distancing. I request all the  news agencies to verify the news before publishing  it so that fake news does not get spread.”

 On the other side, Commissioner of Greater Chennai Corporation G Prakash revealed that their staff pasted a quarantine sticker at Kamal Hassan residence because Gautami has returned from Dubai recently and her passport had this address.

Kamal Haasan and his family have been practicing self quarantine and have also been maintaining social distancing.

 On the work front, Kamal Haasan will be next seen in upcoming big budget film Indian 2. The shoot of Shankar’ directorial venture has been halted.
