After the success of the Baahubali series, many filmmakers from the south, as well as Bollywood, are teaming up for the Pan Indian film. One of the most anticipated movies to be helmed by South filmmaker is Sita and the script of this drama is penned by none other than Vijayendra Prasad, the father of SS Rajamouli, who is known for penning the script of Baahubali, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Manikarnika. Now the reports are coming that the makers are considering the name of Kareena Kapoor Khan to play the female lead role. And Kareena Kapoor Khan is quoting Rs 12 Cr as a remuneration to play the role of Sita.
Though Kareena Kapoor Khan used to take Rs 6-8 Cr for every film, as there will be a lot of working days for Sita, she is demanding more. The sources say that the makers have agreed to her conditions without raising any issues.
The upcoming film on Sita which is titled Sita: The Incarnation, will be helmed by Alaukik Desai. Before joining the sets of Sita, Kareena Kapoor Khan will shoot for Veere Di Wedding 2 and Hansal Mehta’s next as they can be completed in a shorter period in compare of this Mythological drama Sita.
