TPCC chief and MP A Revanth Reddy accused the Telangana Chief Minister KCR of “luring MLAs in Karnataka by offering them money.”

Revanth Reddy questioned the absence of Janata Dal (Secular) leader Kumaraswamy from Khammam meeting of BRS and claimed that he abstained after learning KCR’ efforts to defeat Congress in Karnataka to favour the Bharatiya Janata Party – BJP.
Revanth Reddy added that JDS leader and former CM of Karnataka HD Kumaraswamy did not attend the BRS meeting because of KCR’ MLAs luring episode in Karnataka. He alleged that the ruling party in Telangana failed to implement the irrigation projects in the state. In the name of Kaleswaram projects, Mission Bhagiratha and Mission Kakatiya, CM diverted the funds by accepting a commission from the contractors.
He also lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for taking huge loans during his 9 years tenure. He said that Prime Ministers between 1947 and 2014 had borrowed worth Rs 56 lakh crore, the BJP led NDA government under Modi at the Centre has taken a huge amount of Rs 1 lakh cr every year.
