BRS Party President KCR sent a heartfelt message to the cadres of BRS party. With the blessings of the people and the efforts of lakhs of committed workers, BRS has taken over the reins of power twice, he said.
KCR said, “We won the state of Telangana after 14 years of gut-wrenching fight whether we ate food or fasting. We carried the flag on our shoulder during the movement, worked hard and protected the party despite the lack of power.” An open letter was written to the party ranks.
KCR’ statement came at a time when the Enforcement Directorate was questioning his daughter and MLC K Kavitha in Delhi for her alleged role in the Delhi liquor scam and assumed significance as the party leaders have been raising hell over the way central investigation agencies were bearing down on BRS at the insistence of Bharitya Janata Party- BJP.
In his statement, KCR asked the party workers to resist and repulse the propaganda of the BJP against the BRS.
KCR also said in the letter, “BJP party at the center is making barbarous attacks on our party, which has raised the slogan of Abki Bar Kisan Sarkar, and is creating obstacles for the progress of Telangana at every step. Ours is a party that has defeated thousands of attacks and millions of conspiracies. In the journey of adventure, You are my strength.”
