KCR to meet Mayawati

K. Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) who has just assumed the position of Chief Minister of India’s youngest state Telanagan for the 2nd consecutive term has no hesitation in revealing his intent for playing a key role in the national politics. After the victory, KCR announced that he would form a new non-Congress, non-BJP national consortium for regional parties. On Friday, Telangana Chief Minister and TRS President K. Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) announced that he will call on his Odisha and West Bengal counterparts early next week. He has also decided to meet UP CM Mayawati.

KCR will meet Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in Bhubaneswar on Sunday and on Monday he will call on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in Kolkata. It is heard that after these two meetings TRS President KCR will fly New Delhi where he will have separate meetings with former Uttar Pradesh chief ministers Mayawati and Akhilesh Yadav. As KCR has won Telangana Assembly elections, he has decide to focus on National politics.

KCR, along with his family members, will fly by the aircraft to reach Visakhapatnam on Sunday. Later they will visit Sharada Peetham and perform the special prayers at Rajasyamala Temple. TRS President KCR will also seek the blessings of Swami Swarupanandendra and have lunch at the Ashram.

KCR is also planning to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He will have meetings with some central ministers and discuss state related issues.
