Keerthy Suresh is going to team up with Natural Star Nani once again for an upcoming sport based drama Jersey, with tagline -Its never too late to dream.
According to the latest buzz in the film Industry, once again Keerthy Suresh and Nani are teaming up for Jersey. Earlier both stars have worked together for Nenu Local, which was decent hit at the box office. Nani starrer Jersey will be helmed by Sowtham Tinnanuri, who directed Malli Raava and bankrolled by Sithara Entertainments banner. Recently Gentleman and MCA star Nani shared the post of Jersey and confirmed the news about his sport based drama. He tweeted, “JERSEY”
Earlier it was heard that Shruti Haasan will share the screen space with Nani in Jersey but the actress has confirmed the news that she is not the part of this upcoming film. Shruti Hassan was last seen in Pawan Kalyan starrer Katamarayudu, which was commercially flop at the box office. Since then Shruti Haasan didn’t sign any Telugu movie. The sources say that the makers have approached Keerthy Suresh to play the female lead in Jersey and waiting for her green signal.
Currently Keerthy Suresh is enjoying the success of her recent offering Mahanati, the biopic of Savitri, which was helmed by Nag Ashwin and is romancing with Vijay in Sarkar, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of AR Murugadoss.
Keerthy Suresh is also sharing the screen space with Chiyaan Vikram in Saamy 2 aka Saamy square in the direction of Hari. The talented actress will also be seen in Vishal starrer action drama Sandakozhi 2.
On the otherside, Nani is hosting the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 2 Telugu and also sharing the screen space with Akkineni Nagarjuna in upcoming multistarrer, being helmed by Sriram Aditya.
Nani’s previous offering Krishnarjuna Yudham , in which he played dual role was bombed at the box office.
