Prashanth Neel’ upcoming directorial venture, the action and thriller drama KGF Chapter 2 starring Yash and Srinidhi Shetty is one of the highly awaited films releasing this year. The first part of this film did extremely well at the box office and now the movie lovers are eagerly waiting for the release of KGF Chapter 2.
The movie has already generated good buzz among the movie lovers thanks to its intriguing posters and teasers. Now, according to the latest update, the audio rights of KGF: Chapter 2’ have been sold out to Lahari Music and T Series for the whopping amount of Rs 7.2 Cr.
Touted as the costliest film made in Kannada, KGF created a record of sorts with Lahari and T series acquiring audio rights of the film. While the film KGF: Chapter 2 is shot in Kannada, it will be dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi and released simultaneously. Soon, an official announcement will be made regarding it.
Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of the main antagonist named Adheera in Prashanth Neel’ directorial venture. It also stars Raveena Tandon and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles. The makers are planning to release KGF: Chapter 2 on 9th September this year.
