Today is Shiva Rajkumar’ 60th birthday, a day on which there will be a flurry of new announcements and special posts from his ongoing projects. One such is his upcoming film- a heist action thriller with director MG Srinivas, titled Ghost. The Pan India film, funded by Sandesh Nagaraj for Sandesh Productions, will go on floors once Shiva Rajkumar winds up Vedha with director Harsha.
Today morning on the occasion of Shiva Rajkumar’ 60th birthday , the makers of Ghost released the first look poster. With the tagline ‘King of Masses’, the first look poster features a revolver, a prison and a few bike chases. We see Shiva Rajkumar sporting a Danger tattoo on his forehead.
Ghost will have music by Arjun Janya, and cinematography by Mahendra Simha, who is teaming up with Shiva Rajkumar for the second time after the movie Tagaru.
Maasti and Prasanna VM are penning the dialogues. Srini, who was last seen in his directorial Old Monk, was widely believed to take up the second installment in the Birbal trilogy as his next, but he has instead chosen to work with Shiva Rajkumar first. The next Birbal film will take off thereafter, in 2023. In the meantime, Srini has a couple of acting commitments ready for release, The Tale of Andalamma, which is a ghost story.
