Kireeti Damaraju who was driving the car under the influence of alcohol, was stopped at Banjara Hills. A case has been booked against him and his car was seized by the police. Traffic Police, conducted a drunk and drive raid in Jubilee Hills and other areas in Hyderabad on Saturday night on 12th May and seized 80 Cars and 30 bikes. Kireeti Damaraju was one of them.
According to the police report, Kireeti Damaraju was caught around 12 am when he was driving under the influence of alcohol at Jubilee Hills on Saturday night. Kireeti Damraju said that he was not driving the car but the traffic police did not agree with his statement. Police said that when they stopped Kireeti Damaraju’s car, he was on the driving seat.
It is known news that Anchor Pradeep Machiraju who is the Superstar of Small Screen, was also caught in a drunk and drive at Banjara Hills road no 45 conducted by Hyderabad police on the occasion of New Year. The police have been strict against the drunk and drive and no excuses are being allowed even for celebrities.
Kireeti Damaraju came in limelight after delivering successful romantic entertainer Uyyala Jampala, which was released on 2013. Kireeti Damaraju who has been the part of few Telugu movies like Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi and Mental Madhilo, was last seen in Nithiin and Megha Akash starrer Chal Mohan Ranga in 2018. Kireet Damaraju played the role of Ramesh’s son.
