Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar’s untimely death has given a huge shock to everyone. Puneeth, the son of Rajkumar, died on Friday afternoon after suffering cardiac arrest. He was 46. Thousands of grieving fans gathered at Bengaluru’s Kanteerava Stadium on Friday evening to catch a final glimpse of their beloved star Puneeth. On Friday, Tollywood actor Krishnam Raju, the uncle of Young Rebel star Prabhas condoled the demise of Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar.
Krishnam Raju recalled his association with Puneeth’s father and legendary actor Rajkumar, by saying, “I have acted with Rajkumar’s elder son Shiva Rajkumar. Puneeth Rajkumar came to my house in Hyderabad and he invited me for his marriage.”
Krishnam Raj concluded it by saying that Puneeth Rajkumar has all good qualities which his late father had.
Puneeth Rajkumar donated his eyes like his father, – legendary actor Dr Rajkumar – who had himself pledged his entire family’s eyes back in 1994. Dr Rajkumar had also died of a heart attack on 12th April 2006.
On the work front, Krishnam Raju will be seen playing an important role in an upcoming periodic drama Radhe Shyam which has Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The movie helmed by Radha Krishna Kumar is slated to hit the theaters on 13th January 2022.
