BRS working president and IT Minister KTR rubbished allegations made by union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy on the development of Telangana, especially Hyderabad city , and said Bharatiya Janata Party- BJP leader was blind eye to the development that was visible to the state people.
KTR countered Kishan Reddy’s comments on the development of Telangana. He said that the development does not mean giving lifts and kurkure packets. KTR reminded of things like BJP leaders starting a lift at Secunderabad railway station and distributing Kurkure packets during the lockdown time. KTR also said that Kishan Reddy did not do anything for Telangana as Union Minister or for his own constituency.
Minister KTR criticized union Tourism Minister as not having the moral right to speak about the state’s development. He said that development is going on everywhere in Hyderabad and Kishan Reddy is making misleading statements to the people. KTR demanded that the BJP release the details of the funds given by the central government for development works in Hyderabad.
KTR alleged that since he was elected as Union Minister in the year 2019, he has not been able to bring the additional funds and huge projects to Telangana. KTR added that the funds received by his constituency were also diverted to Gujarat.
