Telangana IT, Municipal, Industries Minister KTR will tour Rajanna Sirisilla district today. He is going to his late grandmother village Konapur in Kamareddy for the lay foundation of a new school building.
He will leave Hyderabad today morning and will reach Konapur, Bibipeta Mandal, Kamareddy District. The foundation stone for the new school building will be laid there. Later he will reach Dammannapeta in Gambhiraupeta Mandal of Sirisilla District and visit the village nature park. He will also attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new working committee of the Aryavaishya Sangham District at the Lahari Function Hall.
Today morning KTR took to his twitter and wrote: Couldn’t think of a better way of commemorating the memory my Late grandmother Smt. Venkatamma Garu than building a Govt school under the “My village – My School” in my personal capacity Delighted to be laying the foundation today at her ancestral village Konapur in Kamareddy.”
Yesterday KTR said that the state Telangana is among top four contributors to the country’s GDP with several proactive policies initiated by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi government since 2014.
KTR demanded the Centre to sanction new railway lines connecting Gadwal-Macharla & Krishna-Vikarabad. He added that he would take the proposal of the food processing unit at Kamsanipally to the Chief Minister’ notice.
