Recent Bollywood outing Laal Singh Chaddha was released in the theatres on August 11. It has failed to impress the audience during its theatrical run and remained as a biggest disaster at the box office. Now, the makers are planning for the film’s OTT release.
Actually, the film was set for its OTT release, only after 6 months of its theatrical release. But now, it seems that Laal Singh Chaddha is going to make its OTT debut as early as possible.
The popular OTT giant Netflix has grabbed the streaming rights of the film. As the film is failed to achieve success, Netflix has holded talks with the lead actor Aamir Khan to allow the film to have its early OTT release by the end of October and has paid him extra money.
Laal Singh Chaddha is an official remake of the Hollywood hit picture Forrest Gump. It is directed by Advait Chandan. Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor played the lead roles. Akkineni Naga Chaitanya made his Bollywood debut with a crucial role in this film. It is produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18 Studios.
