There is a strong buzz in the film industry that Young Rebel star Prabhas and Lokesh Kanagaraj are planning to team up for a project. It will be an action entertainer, and made as a pan Indian film in multiple languages, including Tamil and Telugu. But now the sources say that Prabhas rejected Lokesh Kanagaraj ‘ film as he was not happy with the script work.
A source say that, “ Few months ago, when Lokesh was in Hyderabad, he met Prabhas. It was a casual meeting, and the director narrated a story to Prabhas.” Lokesh is currently busy in the promotional activities of Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram. He is best known for helming Karthi starrer Kaththi and Vijay starrer Master.
Master is all about the story of a college professor who goes to a correctional facility for young criminals, and takes on the rowdy who is exploiting them to further his criminal empire. And Kaithi is about a prisoner who is on parole, who’s on his way to meet his daughter, is enlisted by an injured police officer to protect a few cops. But this time Lokesh needs some big stories to get the approval of Prabhas. Meanwhile, Prabhas wants larger than life project not serious action movies.
