Popular Tamil production house Lyca Productions has started a legal battle against ace director Shankar. It has approached Madras High Court stating that Shankar has not completed their project Indian 2 but has moved on to his next project. In this case, the production house has revealed that they have spent Rs, 180 Crores already on the project and are ready to spend another Rs. 50 Crores to match the proposed Rs. 230 Crores to make the project.
Lyca Productions has also revealed that they have paid Rs. 14 Crores to Shankar as his remuneration. Madras High Court has asked Shankar to respond immediately. We have to wait and see how Shankar will respond in this case.
It has been few weeks that a project with Shankar-Ram Charan-Dil Raju has been announced. The pre-production works of this movie have already been started.
