Few days ago, Naga Babu made some scathing comments against Vishnu Manchu. Naga Babu said that Manchu Vishnu doesn’t have the characteristics that Prakash Raj has. Prakash is aware of the bigger picture of MAA. He is articulate and knowledgeable enough to fight with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Finally Manchu Vishnu has won the MAA elections and he has taken the charge as president. Soon after the election results, Naga Babu took to Twitter and declared that he is resigning from MAA.
Recently during the media interaction, Naga Babu said that he quit the Movie Artistes’ Association (MAA) as he did not like regionalism and religionism in MAA. All the winning members of the Prakash Raj panel have tendered resignation to their posts and not for MAA membership. Naga Babu also alleged that irregularities took place in just concluded elections.
When Naga Babu was asked about floating a new association, he revealed that he has no plans to float a new association for Telugu actors. He concluded it by saying, “But we have courage and stamina to form a new body.”
On the other side, veteran actor Prakash Raj has also rubbished the media reports of slit in MAA- Movie Artistes’ Association.
