Kollywood hero Silambarasan is now coming up with a sci-fi political thriller titled Maanaadu, which is one of the much awaited movie. Maanaadu was supposed to have a grand gala release today with early morning shows at 5 AM in Chennai. However, all the benefit shows of Simbu starrer Maanaadu have been cancelled in the last minute.
Yesterday there was a strong buzz that Maanaadu would not be released in the theaters. But the makers resolved all the issues that were preventing the release of the movie Maanaadu, thus making it possible for the Simbu starrer to hit the screens as planned. The producer Suresh Kamatchi confirmed the same by sharing a post on twitter that read: A creation created with a lot of dreams.
I was looking forward to the release of this movie. It is with great pain that I inform you that the release has been postponed due to unavoidable Maanaadu reasons. I will announce the release date later and apologize for the inconvenience.” But in evening, again he confirmed that Maanaadu will hit the theatres tomorrow itself.
According to the latest updates, early morning show of Maanaadu has been cancelled. KDM issues are the reason behind the cancellation.
Maanaadu has Kalyani Priyadarshan and SJ Suryah in lead roles. The movie is directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by Suresh Kamatchi. The movie Maanaadu will be releasing in Telugu as The Loop.
