Dulquer Salmaan is a popular name in Tollywood as he was seen sharing the screen space with Keerthy Suresh in Nag Ashwin’ directorial venture Mahanati, where he essayed the role of Gemini Ganesan. Now according to the latest report, Dulquer Salmaan has been tested positive for the coronavirus. This news is confirmed by the actor himself as he took to his social media and shared that he has tested positive for the novel covid-19.
Dulquer Salmaan said that he has mild symptoms and is in isolation at home. Mahanati actor wrote on Twitter “I have just tested positive for COVID19. I am isolating at home and have mild flu symptoms but am otherwise ok. People who were in close contact with me during shoots over the last few days, please isolate and test if notice any symptoms. This Coronavirus pandemic is not over and we must stay vigilant. Please mask up and stay safe.”
Few days ago, his father Mammootty also confirmed that he had tested positive for coronavirus. He had posted on Facebook that besides having a light fever, he is fine. Malayalam superstar is in home isolation.
On the work front, Dulquer Salmaan was last seen playing the lead role in Salute.
