Mahesh Babu has started the promotional activities of his upcoming film Sarkaru Vaari Paata and the production venture Major. Recently during the media interaction, Mahesh Babu spoke about his father Superstar Krishna’ biopic. Bharat Ane Nenu star stated that he doesn’t intend to act in his father Krishna’s biopic, but he would like to produce it. Mahesh Babu added that his father, Krishna, is more like a god to him.
Mahesh Babu made his silver screen debut as a child artist in 1979 by essaying a cameo in Needa which was directed by Dasari Narayana Rao.
Mahesh Babu is not only the actor but also a producer. He said rather than pitching himself as a pan-India actor, his aim was to make movies from South a countrywide success. He added, “I always wanted to act in Telugu films and wished the people across India would watch it. And now when that is happening and I am very happy.”
About his entry to Bollywood, Mahesh Babu said, “I think they can’t afford me. I don’t want to waste my time. The stardom and love I have here in Tollywood, I never thought of going to another film industry. I always think I will do movies here and they will become bigger, and my belief is now turning into a reality.”
