It is a very special day for superstar Mahesh Babu and his entire family. The actor’s father, evergreen superstar of Telugu Cinema, Krishna, has turned a year older today on 31st May. Yes, today, it is Telugu actor Krishna Ghattamaneni’ birthday and on this occasion, Mahesh Babu has put up a heartwarming post to wish his ‘nana’.

In a film career spanning five decades, Superstar Krishna has acted in more than 350 movies in a variety of roles. In 2009, the Government of India honored Mahesh Babu’ father with the Padma Bhushan for his contributions to the cinema.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu is currently working for the upcoming film Sarkaru Vaari Paata which has Keerthy Suresh in the female lead role. The film is based on the bank scam and is helmed by Parasuram of Geetha Govindam fame and bankrolled by noted production house 14 Reels Plus and Mythri Movie Makers whereas it has the music by Thaman.
