After SS Rajamouli’s RRR, now Mahesh Babu and Sukumar’s upcoming film has become the talk of town. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the upcoming drama will deal with the controversial subject of the red sanders smuggling. The regular shoot is expected to commence from the month of May or June.
Earlier it was heard that Sukumar first narrated a story of Rajakar movement with period Telangana as setting but Mahesh Babu rejected it and asked Sukumar to come up with an interesting and fresh story. But now it seems that this time Mahesh Babu is very impressed with the script and has given his nod.
Jalapathy Gudelli wrote on the wall of Twitter, “Mahesh Babu – Sukumar’s new film will have Seshachalam Hills as its backdrop and Red sanders (Erra Chandanam) smuggling as its core plot point. The regular shoot is likely to begin in May/June.”
Currently Sukumar is designing new look for Mahesh Babu. The sources say that Sukumar may ask Mahesh Babu to grow his beard for his upcoming project.
According to the latest buzz, Sukumar has already finalized Hara Hara Sambho Shankara title for Mahesh Babu starrer.
Earlier Sukumar and Mahesh Babu have worked together for 1: Nenokkadine and now once again they have joined their hands for an upcoming project which will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
Sukumar’s previous offering Rangasthalam in which Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni, played the lead roles, was blockbuster at the box office. So this time Mahesh Babu’s fans are expecting same.
Currently Mahesh Babu is busy in his 25th project Maharshi, directed by Vamsi Paidpally and is jointly bankrolled by C. Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies, Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema. Saakshyam and DJ fame Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead.
