Mahesh Babu gets shock from Narendra Modi: Mahesh Babu got a massive shock, when the officials denied permission for shoot of his upcoming movie #Mahesh25 in Dehradun because of Narendra Modi’s Yoga Day Celebrations.
Mahesh Babu is working with Vamsi Paidpally for upcoming untitled film #Mahesh25. Recently during the media interaction, a prominent member of the film’s crew said, “The shoot of Mahesh Babu starrer was delayed on account of International Yoga Day Celebrations at Dehradun. The first schedule was planned between 10th and 25th of this month in Dehradun. We were supposed to shoot at the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun but the officials shocked film’s team denying permission for the shoot because of International Yoga Day. The venue was taken up with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi doing his Yoga on the day devoted to the practice.”
He further said, “Mahesh Babu’s film shoot was planned in a college and hundreds of students were supposed to shoot the film. As the police found there’d be a security problem for both Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tour and Mahesh Babu’s film shoot, they denied permission to film’s team. We lost nearly a month because of the PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Dehradun.”
Pooja Hegde is playing the love interest of Mahesh Babu in this film, which is being bankrolled by Aswini Dutt and Dil Raju. The sources say that Mahesh Babu’s film will highlight the issue of the farmers, their land loans and their impoverished condition. It is scheduled to hit the theaters on the occasion of Ugadi.
Mahesh Babu was last seen in Koratala Siva’s political drama Bharat Ane Nenu, where he played the Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh and Kiara Advani played the female lead.
After wrapping up the shoot of Vamsi Paidipally’s film Makesh Babu will join the sets of Rangasthalam fame Sukumar’s directorial venture, which will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
