Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu is enjoying the success of his recent offering Sarileru Neekevvaru, which was released on the occasion of Sankranthi and is still doing superb collections at the box office. Currently, Mahesh Babu is enjoying holidays in the USA with his wife Namrata and kids Gautham and Sitara. According to the latest update, Mahesh Babu has decided to undergo knee surgery to treat an injury he sustained during the shoot of Aagadu in 2014.
The sources say that the knee surgery of Mahesh Babu will be performed in the last week of January and doctors are said to have advised five months rest for Maharshi star.
The sources added that Mahesh Babu who had sustained a knee injury while shooting for the title song of Aagadu in Bellary has been delaying the surgical procedure due to his hectic work schedule. Even though the actor contemplated surgery in 2017, but things didn’t work out. Now as Mahesh Babu has completed the promotional activities of his recent offering Sarileru Neekevvaru, will undergo knee surgery in the USA.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu has already announced that once again he will team up with Vamsi Paidipally for a project, which will be bankrolled by Dil Raju. The movie is expected to go on the floor in the second half of this year and Vamsi is planning to release it next year on the occasion of Sankranthi.
