It is Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and his loving wife Namrata Shirodkar’ 15th wedding anniversary today. To celebrate the day, Maharshi star Mahesh Babu uploaded an adorable, candid pic of the couple on Instagram.
Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar met during the shoot of B Gopal’ directorial venture Vamsi in the year of 2000. After a courtship of four years, the two tied the knot on 10th February 2005. The couple has two children, Gautham Krishna and Sithara.
Namrata Shirodkar is a former model, producer and an actress who is predominantly known for her work in Hindi Film Industry. She won the Miss India title in the year 1993 and although she quit acting after her marriage. Namrata was last seen in the 2004 film, Bride and Prejudice.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Mahesh Babu has been the part of several movies. He has delivered back to back commercially hit movies such as Bharat Ane Nenu, Maharshi and Sarileru Neekevvaru.
Mahesh Babu was last seen in Anil Ravipudi’ directorial venture Sarileru Neekevvaru which has Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna. The romantic and comedy drama was released on 11th January and managed to cross Rs 200 crore mark worldwide. Now according to the latest buzz, Mahesh Babu has once again joined hands with Vamsi Paidipally for an upcoming film, which is expected to go on the floor very soon.
