The young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda, who is known for delivering Arjun Reddy, Geetha Govindam, Taxiwaala, World Famous Lover and Dear Comrade, is currently working for the most anticipated film Fighter which is being directed by Puri Jagannadh of Temper and iSmart Shankar fame. Now according to the latest update, Puri Jagannadh has roped Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi to play the role of Vijay Deverakonda’ father in his directorial venture Fighter which has Bollywood bombshell Ananya Pandey in the female lead role.
The sources say that the father and son relationship is one of the major highlights of Fighter. Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi who is a known face for the Telugu will play Vijay Devarakonda’ father in Fighter.
The reports are coming that the makers are planning to resume the shoot of Fighter from the month of December and it is expected to hit the theaters in all the Indian languages during summer next year. Puri Jagannadh, Charmee Kaur and Karan Johar are jointly producing this big-budget film.
During lockdown, Vijay Deverakonda revealed in an interview that he had been working out at home to maintain his fitness for Fighter, which is a pan Indian movie. According to Vijay, Fighter will blow away everyone.
