Akkineni Nagarjuna is coming up with an romantic and comedy entertainer Manmadhudu 2, which has Rakul Preet Singh in female lead role. Manmadhudu 2, directed by Rahul Ravindran, is registering solid deals from its pre-release business. According to the latest buzz in the trade circle, the non -theatrical rights of Manmadhudu 2, including the digital rights, Telugu and Hindi satellite rights have been sold out for a whooping price of Rs 24 crores.
Manmadhudu 2 is written and helmed by Rahul Ravindran, and the movie is slated to hit the theaters on 9th August 2019. Nagarjuna Akkineni and Gemini Kiran are producing the movie in association with Viacom18 Studios whereas it has the music by Chaithan Bharadwaj. The post-production work of Manmadhudu 2 is going on at the brisk pace. The upcoming drama is a sequel to superhit venture of the same name Manmadhudu.
Apart from Rakul Preet Singh and Nagarjuna, manmadhudu 2 also stars Samantha Akkineni, Keerthy Suresh and Akshara Gowda. Rakul Preet Singh is playing the role of Avantika. Recently released teaser has already received appreciation from the viewers.
