Plus Points:
· Sumanth Prabhas Performance
· Comedy
· Dialogues
Minus Points:
· Second half
· Story
· Editing
Performance: Sumanth Prabhas has written good emotional and comedy scenes for this movie. The drama woven by the director around a village is good. Even as a hero, Sumanth Prabhas acted very well in his role with his energetic acting. Mani and Maurya who played the hero’s friends also acted very well. And Muralidhar Gowda in the role of the heroine’s father gave a good comedy touch to his role. Also among the other main characters, Kiran Maccha and Anjimamal also did full justice to their roles. Other actors also did full justice to their roles. The heroines Sirrashi and Sarya also acted well. Some comedy scenes in the movie are good.
Technical: Sumanth Prabhas has taken a good story setup, but he could not adapt the movie in a completely impressive way to suit that setup. He could not please especially in the second half story. Some scenes in the first half as well as some scenes in the second half move very slowly. Also some emotional scenes are not impressive. Even as a story, this movie failed to impress. The songs are good. Also the background score is impressive. Cinematography is good. Most of the scenes in the movie are shown by the cameraman very realistically and very beautifully with good visuals. However, if the editor had trimmed the extended scenes in the movie, it would have been a plus for the movie. Producers Anurag Reddy, Sarath and Chandru Manoharan made this film without any compromise. Their production values are very good.
Analysis: Mem Famous has a good nativity feel here and there. However, the performance of Sumanth Prabhas and the rest of the actors were impressive. The story is simple and the second half is not up to expectations.
