Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu is the Telugu version of Kaun Banega Crorepati-KBC. The Hindi version is hosted by Bollywood megastar Big B aka Amitabh Bachchan. The first four seasons of Kaun Banega Crorepati Telugu version premiered on Star Maa. While the first three editions were hosted by King Nagarjuna, Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu season 4 was hosted by Chiranjeevi.
Even before that, Sun Network bagged the rights of the show Kaun Banega Crorepati and planned to do it in Telugu. The makers approached Manchu Mohan Babu and requested him to host Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu show but the vetren actor did not show any interest and declined the offer. Recently during an interview, Manchu Vishnu, the son of Mohan Babu confirmed this news.
Currently Young Tiger Jr NTR is hosting the show which is now titled Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu. Mega Power Star Ram Charan is said to be the first guest for EMK. On the otherside, currently Jr NTR and Ram Charan are sharing the screen space in Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya and it is slated to hit the theaters on 13th October.
The team of EMK- Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu is planning to release the promo of the TV show soon.
