Chiranjeevi is playing the role of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy in this film, which will hit the screens worldwide on the 2nd of October on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi.

Bollywood music composer Amit Trivedi is rendering the tune of Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa. The film has Nayantara, Tamannah Bhatia, Niharika Konidela, Jagapathi Babu, Sudeep and others in the supporting roles.
Sye Raa is helmed by Surender Reddy and bankrolled by Mega Power Star Ram Charan under the banner of Konidela Production.
