Akshay Kumar is making his South debut with an upcoming much awaited Sci-fi movie 2.0, which is gearing up for grand release this November. The entire team is busy in the promotional activities of the film. Today, Akshay Kumar shared a still from the sets of 2.0, which is giving shock to everyone. With orange-coloured eyes, and a body covered with grey-black metallic feathers, Akshay Kumar as Dr Richard is grabbing the attention of many. According to Akshay Kumar, he never uses makeup in his films. During the trailer launch event of 2.0 Akshay Kumar said, “It was a very challenging role for me and it took a toll on my body. My character required around 4 hours of prosthetic make-up and another hour to remove it. “
Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth is playing the lead role and Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey will be seen playing pivotal role. 2.0 is directed by Shankar and is produced by Lyca Productions. The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.
