Avinash Reddy informed the CBI that although he was supposed to attend the CBI inquiry on Tuesday, he would not be able to attend the inquiry due to the earlier schedule. As a result, the CBI investigation team reached Pulivendula and issued a notice to attend the investigation on the 19th of this month.

Avinash Reddy has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking to issue appropriate directions to the CBI without arresting him in the wake of the CBI notices. Avinash’s lawyers mentioned that the decision on Avinash’s petition should be announced soon in view of the summer break of the Supreme Court.

Avinash Reddy is worried about the CBI repeatedly calling for an investigation and the arrest of his father Bhaskar Reddy. CBI has already interrogated Avinash Reddy seven times. On the 28th of last month, during the hearing in the Telangana High Court, it was announced that the arguments on the bail petition of Avinash Reddy will be heard on June 5. With this, Avinash Reddy once again approached the Supreme Court.
