Naga Chaitanya is also making his foray into Bollywood with Laal Singh Chaddha where he features alongside Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. He is venturing into two new territories this year. Naga Chaitanya is currently working with Vikram K Kumar for a web drama. Now according to the latest update, the web drama starring Naga Chaitanya has been titled Dhootha.
Dhoota means messenger and Naga Chaitanya will be seen in a very interesting role in this thriller. The sources say that Naga Chaitanya will be seen in a shocking new look for this web series. The makers have locked the look of Chaitu. The web series will be a supernatural thriller that will star Tamil actress Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead. The series will also see several other prominent south actors in it. A messenger is a person who speaks to spirits and conveys the message to humans.
Meanwhile, Nagarjuna Akkineni and his son Naga Chaitanya were seen together sharing the screen space in recently released fantasy drama Bangarraju. It was a sequel to Nagarjuna’s blockbuster movie Soggade Chinni Nayana, which was helmed by Kalyan Krishna and bankrolled by Nagarjuna in association with Zee Studios.
