We have already reported that Akkineni Nag Chaitanya has joined hands with Sekhar Kammula for an upcoming project. Now according to the latest update, the upcoming project of Sekhar Kammula and Naga Chaitanya starrer will go on the floors in the month of September. An official announcement was made today.
Sekhar Kammula has also roped Fidaa beauty Sai Pallavi to play the female lead role in this upcoming romantic entertainer which has Naga Chaitanya in lead role. Sekhar Kammula is best known for his films such as Happy Days and Fidaa.
Sekhar Kammula and Sai Pallavi are joining hands for the second time after Fidaa in which Mega prince Varun Tej played the lead roles and the movie was ended up as a blockbuster. Sai Pallavi’ performance in this movie earned her praise from all quarters.
On the otherside, Naga Chaitanya is wrapping up ‘Venky Mama’ , which is being directed by KS Ravindra on Suresh Babu’s Suresh Productions. Raashi Khanna and Payal Rajput are playing female leads. And Sai Pallavi is busy with Rana Daggubati starrer Virataparvam, in which she will be seen as a Naxalite.
Naga Chaitanya was last seen in Majili, which also starred Samantha Akkineni. In the film, he played a failed cricketer turned rowdy. It was his first release post marriage with wife Samantha Akkineni, which was decent hit at the box office.
