King Nagarjuna is all set to start the shoot of his upcoming film Bangarraju which is a sequel to Soggade Chinni Nayana and it will be helmed by Kalyan Krishna. Earlier there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Naga Chaitanya is also the part of Nagarjuna starrer Bangarraju and he will play the lead role.
Now the reports are coming that Naga Chaitanya has rejected the movie as he signed a series of projects and he has no time for Bangarraju. Finally Naga Chaitanya is out of the project and the makers are on the hunt for the right actor to essay the other lead role.
The upcoming film Bangarraju will be bankrolled by Nagarjuna’s Annapurna Studios. The plan is to release the film for Sankranthi next year. Ramya Krishna will reprise her role and the makers are in the hunt of another leading lady.
On the otherside, Naga Chaitanya is shooting for Vikram K Kumar’ magnum opus Thank you in which he is playing the role of a hockey player. He is also working with Sekhar Kammula for a romantic movie titled Love Story that has Middle Class Abbayi and Premam beauty Sai Pallavi. Nagarjuna will be seen in Telugu film Wild Dog and Bollywood flick Brahmastra in which he plays an archaeologist.
