A few weeks ago, there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Akkineni Naga Chaitanya teamed up with Geetha Govindam fame director Parasuram for a movie, which would be produced by 14 Reels Productions. The speculations were also rife that this crazy combination was for the Telugu remake of Bollywood super hit film Chhichhore. But now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the upcoming project of Naga Chaitanya and Parasuram has been shelved. Though the movie of Naga Chaitanya was launched in a grand way the things have taken a dramatic turn for the worse.
The reports are coming that 14 Reels Plus production have decided to shelve this project. Now it is being heard that Parasuram will be directing Mahesh Babu next. Parasuram is giving preference to Superstar Mahesh Babu and it means at least a six-month delay for Akkineni Naga Chaitanya movie.
The sources say that no one can predict the equation in the film industry after six months. Instead of waiting for Naga Chaitanya and director Parasuram, the production house 14 Reels Plus production have decided to put the film on the back burner.
On the other side, Naga Chaitanya is currently working with Sekhar Kammaula for the upcoming romantic drama Love Story.
