In his decade-long career, the young actor Naga Shaurya has been a part of a handful of romance dramas, Oohalu Gusagusalade, Kalyana Vaibhogame and Jyo Achyutananda. Later he came up with Aswasthama in 2020. He was also seen playing the lead role in Varudu Kaavalenu, which has Ritu Varma as the leading lady. Now according to the latest report, Naga Shaurya and Ritu Varma starrer romantic and family drama, Varudu Kaavalenu, has created a sensational record on OTT platform. The movie Varudu Kaavalenu has garnered more than 5 crores minutes of views on ZEE5 in the first 3 days. This news is confirmed by Naga Shaurya himself by sharing a post on Instagram.
Though the movie didn’t run well in theaters but after its debut on ZEE5 OTT platform, it became a sensational hit.
Varudu Kaavalenu is helmed by Lakshmi Sowjanya and produced by Sithara Entertainments. Earlier during an interview, Lakshmi Sowjanya had said that she had narrated this story to Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, even before she roped in Naga Shaurya. But the pandemic happened and many things went wrong. Later she felt like this story was destined to feature Naga Shaurya.
On the otherside, Naga Shaurya was last seen playing the lead role in sport based drama Laskhya.
