Manamudhu 2 starring Akkineni Nagarjuna and Rakul Preet Singh starrer is in post production stage. The movie is slated to hit the theaters on 9th August 2019 in a very grand manner. According to the latest update, Nagarjuna has invested Rs 24 Cr on this romantic and comedy entertainer Manmadhudu.
Manmadhudu 2 is helmed by Rahul Ravindran and is bankrolled by Nagarjuna under the banner of Annapurna Studios. The sources close to the film unit revealed that the budget of Manmadhudu is rs 24 Cr excluding the remuneration of Nagarjuna.
The pre-release business of Nagarjuna starrer is being done on a good note as the more than half of the budget has been recovered through the various rights of this family entertainer, which has the music by Chaitan Bhardwaj.
Manmadhudu 2 is the sequel to 2002 Nagarjuna movie by the same name which was helmed by Trivikram Srinivas and was one of the biggest hits in the career of the actor. Rahul Ravindran says that this increases the responsibility on his shoulders to deliver another hit so as not to upset the Manmadhudhu fans.
Keerthy Suresh and Samantha Akkineni are playing the cameos in this film Manmadhudu 2. This is Rahul Ravindran’ second directorial venture after Chi La Sow.
