Namitha, who acquired a momentous craze with anamiher Telugu flick Sontham, has now made headlines. Recently through social media, she announced that she gave birth to twin baby boys yesterday on the auspicious occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami.
She was married to Mallireddy Veerendra Chowdary in 2018 and the couple celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary in November 2021. She announced her pregnancy on her birthday, in May this year. She kept a low profile in the film industry for months.
Currently, she is enjoying her motherhood with her twin babies. Namita predominantly worked in Telugu, Kannada and Tamil films. She also served as a state executive member of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Tamil Nadu. On the film front, she was last seen in the movie Namitha I Love You in Telugu, released in the year 2011.
