Natural Star Nani is currently busy in his 27th film Shyam Singha Roy, which is being directed by Rahul Sankrityan, who made his directorial debut with Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam fame Vijay Deverakonda starrer Taxiwala. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, the film Shyam Singha Rao is touted to be a sci-fi thriller. We have already reported that Shyam Singha Rao has Kolkata backdrop and the makers are all set to erect a giant set for the shoot of this film.
Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers of Shyam Singha Rao are spending a whopping Rs 6 crore to build a huge set resembling the Kali Temple and the surrounding the streets of Kolkata. Apparently, the makers of Nani starrer took 15 acres of land on lease near Shamshabad area. Currently the team is working for this set.
Nani starrer film Shyam Singha Roy will have three actresses and the makers have already roped in Fidaa fame Sai Pallavi as one of the leads. Shyam Singha Roy will mark the duo’s second film together after Sriram Venu’s family entertainer, MCA- Middle Class Abbayi. Madonna Sebastian and Uppena girl Krithi Shetty are also playing the female leads.
Shyam Singha Rao is produced by Venkat Boyanapalli and it has the music by Mickey J Meyer.
