Nani was last seen playing the lead role in comedy caper Ante Sundaraniki in which he romanced Malayalam actress Nazriya Nazim and the movie marked her debut in Tollywood. Though Ante Sundaraniki turned out a commercially flop at the box office, both the actors received applause for their performance skills. Nani always puts his heart and soul into his characters. He has starred in dozens of great roles and has been nominated for many awards, including two Nandi Awards so far. After the release of Ante Sundaraniki, Nani with his family flew to Goa for a vacation. Now Nani has come back to the city and resumed the shoot of upcoming film Dasara.
Nani has apparently slipped into Dasara mode now. Nani is planning to complete the shoot of Dasara as soon as possible and release it in theaters by the end of this year. This is one of the costliest projects of Nani in his career and the stakes are high on the same.
National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead in the film Dasara and this is her 2nd collaboration with Gang Leader actor after their 2017 ‘Nenu local’.
Dasara is being made on the backdrop of Singareni Coal Mines in Godavarikhani and it will be a political drama.
