We have already reported that Nayantara has signed an upcoming movie Netrikann, which will be bankrolled by Vignesh Shivan under the banner of Rowdy Pictures. Yesterday, Vignesh Shivan confirmed the same via a tweet, “Happy,proud & blessed #Nayanthara ‘s 65th film #Netrikann Produced by RowdyPictures Thank you @KavithalayaaOff & #Superstar Rajni sir for the title & the blessings @Milind_Rau‘s unique creation – a thriller shoot starts today wit all ur blessings” Nayantara’ film gets a Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth’ film title Netrikann.
The makers of Netrikann unveiled the title poster yesterday. Going by the first look and the title font that’s in Braille, Nayantara will be playing a blind character but there is no any official announcement regarding it. The shoot of the film has been started and Vignesh Shivan has shared the first on-set picture with Nayantara on his Instagram. Coming on the pic, Nayantara is seen hiding her face behind Vignesh Shivan.
He captioned it, “Shooting again together but wit different roles 🙂 First look to be revealed later #nayanthara #Netrikann #Rowdypictures #production #debut #maiden #godbless.”
According to the latest buzz, both Nayantara and Vignesh Shivan will tie the knot next year.
On the other side, Nayantara will also be seen in Rajinikanth starrer Darbar, Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Vijay’ Bigil.
