Nikhil Siddharth said, “ He has started the preparation for his mystery-thriller Karthikeya 2. Yes, my wedding preparations are on in full swing, but right now I am completely focusing on the film. We are aiming to release Karthikeya 2 on the occasion of Dussehra so it’s a race against time. “

The wedding of Nikhil and Dr. Pallavi is slated to take place in Hyderabad on 16th April. Nikhil Starrer Karthikeya 2 is helmed by Chandoo Mondeti and will have Swati Reddy in the female lead role.
