Unconventional reports state the AP’s noted businessman and Jagan’s close friend, Nimmagadda Prasad is said to be detained by Serbia police. On getting the reports it was known that while on a family tour, Serbian cops seem to be arrested him. The reason behind his arrest was known as the complaint from Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost emirate of the United Arab Emirates.
All this started during the YSR regime when Nimmagadda took up Vodarevu-Nizampatnam port and Industrial Corridor (VANPIC) project along with Al Khaimah. Post this, there were several speculations rife that Nimmagadda has allegedly invested a thumping amount of 850 Crores in Jagan’s businesses. Later, the quid pro quo project went out to be in losses which resulted in a case filed by Ras Al Khaimah on N Prasad in Interpol.
However, YSRCP MP’s have already started their efforts in bringing back the Nimmagadda safely to India. It was known that Serbia police has arrested the N Prasad on Monday itself but the news seems to reached lately today. Whereas, an official note is awaited.
